Book in your caravan or motorhome in our Service Centre for a quote and provide your insurer’s claims email address and your claim number. We will send off the quote to your insurance company to be approved.
Once approved we will order any parts required for the repair and then start work as soon as possible.
Depending on the extent of damage and freight time on required parts, please allow approximately 1 – 2 months for the repairs to be completed. We do endeavor to complete all repairs in a timely manner but we also take a lot of care to make sure the job is completed at a satisfactory level before you take your RV on the road again.
